(1) Power of Attorney (downloadable)
Signature by the representative of the applicant only, no notarization or legalization is needed.
Faxed Power of Attorney is acceptable for an earlier filing date,the original should reach us in 3 months.
(2) Trademark Specimens
We may make the specimens at our end, if the mark is represented in plain block type.
a. Point out the direction of a device mark
b. 10 specimens in black and white, or 10 specimens in color and 3 in black and white if color is claimed
c. not exceeding 100mm*100mm, not less than 50mm*50mm in size
(3) Priority document for first filing in the relevant country if priority is claimed should be submitted to the Trademark Office within three months from the filing date in China.
